Our guests are treated to a sumptuous southern bed and breakfast menu that promises to be a most memorable dining experience. Served at 8:30 am daily in our elegant Victorian dining room or perhaps alfresco on our garden side veranda.

The Ruark Breakfast

Choosing only the freshest ingredients, our chef prepares a breakfast entrée that might include Tomato Basil Quiche or maybe his light, fluffy Blueberry Pancakes that literally melt in your mouth. With hearty breakfast meats offered every morning, our signature Blueberry French Toast bake, River Pilot Scrambled Eggs and additional selections ensure a fresh, daily dining experience for even our extended stay travelers. And of course, fresh seasonal fruits served daily.

Afternoon Wine, Tea & Light Appetizers

Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea while you relax in our brick courtyard or on the front rocking porch. Appetizers await you, tiding you over until your dinner time. Complimentary bottled water and a 24/7 gourmet coffee/tea station are also available for our guest’s pleasure.
